Operations Manager

We are on the hunt for our next Account Executive to join our fast-growing team and help grow our business, supporting our ever-increasing need to drive account excellence for our clients.

Key Responsibility

  • Generating reports on daily/ weekly and monthly basis Preparing performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Hands on monthly / quarterly forecasting
  • Efficient in team management of minimum 50 employees
  • Co-ordinate with quality team, MIS team and Client Services to create a delivery plan
  • Come up with suitable technique to ensure timely deliveries of campaigns
  • Manpower and Capacity Planning
  • Maintain floor productivity above 70%
  • Solving the issues of the employees, grievance handling on the floor etc
  • Maintain attrition and shrinkage percentages of the processes as per the business requirements
  • Reviewing the team’s performances and sharing the feedback on timely basis
  • Review the current incentive plans and suggest a plan as per the market standard
  • Identify points for process Improvement
  • Responsible for managing the team leaders and assigning the task to them for the smooth functioning of the process
  • Responsible for all strategic accounts and help in maintaining campaign reports to project and resource allocation

Qualification and Experience

  • Education : Any graduate / Post Graduation preferred
  • 5+ years of experience preferably in B2B domain
