People Operations Manager


GO MO Group is an international company with offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Pune with a combined staff of over 55+ employees. We strive to be the ideal partner to our clients and help them make the right decisions at the right moment. 

We provide optimal services in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads, Development and Lead Generation. We work with some of Europe’s biggest companies such as Stena, Alfa Laval and Volvo. 

Our organization is made up of the following teams: SEO, Google Ads, Strategy, Development, Design, Content, Admin & HR. This position is an opportunity to lead, manage and develop the human resource department at a fast growing, dynamic and exciting company.

We understand that people are crucial to the success of our business. Thus, we are looking for a highly talented HR Manager, who can lead a team of HR Executives to improve the company brand, culture and provide the best strategies for our human capital.

Scope of Work

Responsible for requirement gathering, research, creation and delivery of the web and mobile designs.


  1. People Management
    • Manage a team of 2 Jr. HR Executives
  2. Capacity Planning
    • Understand organization’s capacity
    • Collaborate with the management and ensure availability of capacity
  3. Recruitment
    • Come up with creative recruitment strategies to meet capacity requirements
    • Ensure interview and testing processes are optimal
    • Manage candidate evaluation and selection
  4. Payroll Management
    • Create attendance reports & track data
    • Manage payroll for all employees
  5. Employee Life-cycle
    • Manage on-boarding and exit formalities
    • Conduct induction sessions
    • Conduct exit interviews and share insights with stakeholders
  6. Performance Review & Management
    • Create a model for tracking resource performance
    • Create an appraisal model for 2021-22 in collaboration with Sr. Management
    • Manage appraisals, increments, promotions, PIPs & terminations
  7. Training & Development
    • Organize skill improvement training’s
    • Take training feedback
    • Recommend improvements for training’s
  8. Retention & Engagement
    • Execute retention initiatives for key resources
    • Improve and manage employee benefits
    • Improve and manage company policies
    • Address resource grievances & conflicts
  9. Company Brand & Culture
    • Manage online reputation on key platforms
    • Build company brand using content for online platforms
    • Attend relevant industry conferences and events
    • Recommend changes to improve company culture
  10. Legal & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with law of the land
    • Coordinate with legal and accounting vendors to understand changes in law
    • Recommend changes to meet compliance requirements

Mandatory Requirement

  1. Qualification
    • Minimum 6 years experience in HR
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
