Key Responsibility
- Call Auditing and maintaining a track report of constructive feedback for the Tele Calling resources
Planning, organizing and delivering coaching sessions to enhance their process and soft skills. - Identify methods to measure the results of Coaching delivery
- Liaison with the Quality and Operations department to identify gaps
- Assisting and counselling the Tele Calling resources to develop skills, knowledge and team development
- Maintaining the Coaching report, Learning Tracker and Audit report.
- Planning and delivering interpersonal trainings for skill enhancement of the resources
- Assisting in Call Calibration for call quality improvement
- Driving Quarterly PKT and Mock calls for the Tele Marketing resources
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 2 – year work experience into B2B would be preferred
- Experience into Soft Skills and Sales Training
- Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience into People Management, Schedule Management and Public speaking
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Relationship-building skills
